Shipping is available to the following destinations:

• All countries of the European Union

• Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, UK, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino

• Canada

• Australia, New Zealand

• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong

Countries with high loss rates or unreliable postal services are not supported.

Delivery Times (from the time of dispatch, not order)

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

• Europe (Non-EU): 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• Asia–Pacific: 7–20 business days

Please note that international customs procedures or strikes may cause additional delays.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected upon arrival in the destination country.

I have no control over the amount or processing time of customs authorities.

Please understand that I cannot accept liability for damaged, delayed or lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider for assistance. You can also select shipping including tracking and insurance up to €500 at checkout.
